Digital Marketing for Freeport Businesses
Freeport is the second-largest village in New York State with 44,000 residents, the Nautical Mile waterfront district, and one of Nassau County's most diverse communities. We handle SEO, web design, and Google Ads for Freeport businesses that want to capture the local market and the crowds that pour into the Nautical Mile every summer.
44,000 Residents. The Nautical Mile. Year-Round Search Demand.
Freeport has two things most Nassau County villages don't: a waterfront entertainment district that draws visitors from across the metro area and a population dense enough to generate serious year-round search volume. The Nautical Mile along Woodcleft Canal is packed with seafood restaurants, bars, fish markets, and charter boats. In the summer, people come from Baldwin, Merrick, Oceanside, and as far as Brooklyn and Queens for the crab shacks and the boat rides.
But Freeport isn't just the Nautical Mile. Merrick Road and Main Street run through the heart of the village with medical offices, law firms, insurance agencies, restaurants, and retail shops. Sunrise Highway bisects the village east to west. The Meadowbrook Parkway defines the eastern border and connects directly to Jones Beach. That's a lot of commercial corridors competing for the same search results.
We're based in Deer Park, about 20 minutes east on Sunrise Highway. We build campaigns that put Freeport businesses in front of residents searching year-round and visitors searching seasonally.

Social Media ServicesA Waterfront Village With Deep Roots and Big Energy
People have lived on this land since the 1640s, back when it was called "the Great South Woods" and the Meroke Indians fished the waters. Freeport incorporated as a village in 1892 with just 1,821 residents. In 1898, the village started its own electric company, which still operates today and gives residents lower electricity costs than neighboring towns. That independent streak runs through everything here.
The Nautical Mile grew up along the Woodcleft Canal, which developer John J. Randall dug in the late 1800s. Today it's a strip of seafood restaurants, crab shacks, bars, fish markets, charter boats, and party cruises that draws crowds from across Long Island and New York City every summer. The annual Nautical Mile Festival in early June is one of the biggest waterfront events in Nassau County. Sea Breeze Park at the foot of the Mile opened in 2009 with a transient marina and boardwalk.
Freeport is also the gateway to Jones Beach. The Meadowbrook Parkway starts at the village's eastern edge and runs straight south to the beach. That means every summer weekend, thousands of cars pass through or near Freeport on the way to the sand. The LIRR Freeport station connects commuters to Penn Station in about 40 minutes. With 44,000 residents packed into 4.6 square miles, the population density here is over 9,000 people per square mile. That translates directly into search volume.
