Keyword research and targeting
We find the searches people make when they are ready to buy, then build campaigns around those terms and target them by location, device, time of day, and audience.
Our Google Ads management puts your business at the top of Google for people who are searching for what you sell today, and ties every call and form back to the keyword and ad that produced it. We write the ads by hand, send each click to a page built for it, cut the search terms that burn money, and move budget toward the ones that make the phone ring.
SEO takes months to build. PPC fills that gap: the day a campaign goes live, your ads can appear at the top of Google for the searches your customers are typing right now. That speed cuts both ways, because a badly built account spends money just as fast.
Waste usually starts when nobody is watching the account. It launched with broad keywords, generic ad copy, and every click pointed at the homepage. A couple of months and a few thousand dollars later, the owner cannot point to a single lead that came from it.
So every engagement starts with a free audit of your current campaigns. We show you where the budget is going, what is being wasted, and what we would change first. If you have never run ads, we audit the market instead: the searches, the competing ads, and the page your ads would send people to.
Every account we manage covers these six areas, and nothing gets skipped. The results come from doing all six every week, because each one depends on the others.
We find the searches people make when they are ready to buy, then build campaigns around those terms and target them by location, device, time of day, and audience.
No generic templates. Each headline and description answers what the person searched for and gives them a reason to click your ad instead of the three around it.
Each campaign gets a page that matches its ads, loads fast, and asks for one thing: a call or a form.
We manage bids daily. A keyword that burns budget without converting gets cut. A keyword that produces calls gets more of the budget.
Every call, form submission, and online sale is tracked back to the ad and keyword that produced it, so you see what your ad spend bought.
We review performance every week, not once a month: new ad tests, bid changes, fresh negative keywords, and tighter targeting based on real data.
A keyword is what you bid on. A search term is what the person actually typed. Google matches loosely, so a keyword like "drain cleaning" can trigger your ad for job hunters, do-it-yourselfers, and people looking up a competitor, and you pay for every one of those clicks.
We read the search terms report every week. Terms that bring in calls get added as their own keywords with their own ads. Terms that never will, such as job searches, "free" and "DIY" searches, hobby searches, and other companies' names, go on negative keyword lists so the ad stops showing for them.
For online stores we set a return-on-ad-spend floor based on your margins, so every decision to cut or keep a product search is objective instead of a gut call.
Clicks are not customers. If the account cannot tell which keyword produced a phone call, every bid and budget decision after that is a guess. Tracking is the first thing we fix and the last thing we would ever skip.
Many people on a phone tap the number in the ad and never visit the site. Those calls are tracked as conversions and tied to the campaign and keyword that showed the ad.
When someone clicks through, reads the landing page, and then calls, call tracking connects that call to the click. Without it, those calls look like they came from nowhere.
Every form submission, and every purchase on an online store, is logged and tied to the specific ad, keyword, and campaign that produced it.
Tracking tells you a lead came in. What happens next matters just as much, and that is the job of our lead generation work: automation and AI agents that qualify leads, book appointments, and follow up automatically, so a paid click is not lost to a missed call.
Clicking the ad is step one. If the page that loads does not say the same thing the ad said, the visitor hits the back button and you still pay for the click.
We build a dedicated landing page for each campaign. It repeats the promise from the ad, loads fast on a phone, and has one clear call to action. Google also grades how well your ad and page match the search, and that grade affects what you pay per click.
Once a page is getting traffic, we test it. That work overlaps with our conversion rate optimization service.
We work out of Deer Park, and we know that a campaign for a Nassau business and one for a Suffolk business should not be set up the same way. Where your ads show matters as much as which searches trigger them.
Nassau is compact and borders Queens. A simple radius around a Nassau address can spill across the city line and spend money on searchers you cannot serve. We target by county, town, or ZIP code instead, and exclude what does not belong.
Our Nassau County work covers the towns we serve there.
Suffolk runs all the way out to the forks. A business that will not drive to the East End should not pay for clicks from there, and a business that does may see demand shift with the season. We set the footprint around the jobs you actually want.
Our Suffolk County work covers the towns we serve there.
We will not put a lead count on a page for a business we have never looked at. What we can show you is the math every Google Ads budget runs on. Enter your own figures and see how clicks turn into leads, customers, and revenue, and which number moves the result the most.
Nothing here is saved or sent anywhere. Leave a field blank if you do not know it yet.
Bids are managed daily to keep cost per click down and ad position up. Keywords that spend without converting get cut, and the ones producing calls get more room.
Budget follows proven results, and it grows in steps. A campaign that is already winning is held steady instead of pushed past the demand that exists for it.
Start with enough budget to test several keyword groups at your market's cost per click. We size it with you on the first call, and the FAQ below gives our usual starting range.
PPC is the fastest way to start generating leads while SEO builds up, but the first few weeks are about data, not verdicts. Here is how the first month runs.
We research your market, your competitors' ads, and your keywords, then build the campaigns, ads, targeting, and landing pages. Nothing is spent until all of it is ready.
Most campaigns start producing clicks and calls within the first week. We watch every click, call, and form closely.
The first two weeks are for gathering data. We find which ads and keywords convert and which need to be reworked or paused.
By week three or four you should see your cost per lead and which keywords are converting. From there we adjust weekly and scale what works.
Your Google Ads results live in Zoesi, the reporting dashboard we built in-house, alongside your SEO metrics, so you get one picture of every marketing channel. Each month's report shows cost per lead, return on ad spend, and exactly where the budget went.
If you also work with us on search, it is the same dashboard used for our SEO reporting.
PPC puts you at the top of Google right away, and you pay for every click. SEO builds organic rankings over time so you show up without paying per click. PPC gives you leads today. SEO gives you leads long term.
| Question | Google Ads (PPC) | SEO |
|---|---|---|
| How fast | Clicks and calls can start in the first week after launch | Most of our clients see ranking movement in 60 to 90 days; competitive terms take 6 to 12 months |
| What you pay for | Every click, plus a separate management fee | The work itself; our SEO packages start at $750 a month |
| When you stop paying | The ads stop the same day | Rankings you have earned keep sending traffic |
| What you control | Exact searches, locations, hours, and budget | Where you rank in the Map Pack and organic results over time |
You need calls this month, you are launching a new service or location, your site does not rank yet, or you want to test which searches turn into customers before you invest in ranking for them.
You can plan past the next quarter and want leads that do not charge you per click. Over time, organic rankings reduce how much you depend on paid ads. The best strategy uses both; read how we run SEO for Long Island businesses.
Our management fee is separate from the budget and quoted on the first call, so you always know which dollars bought clicks.
Your account is run from our Deer Park office on Commack Road and never outsourced overseas.
Co-owner Jason D'Ambrosio handles client relationships, so a question about your account reaches someone who can answer it.
More than 200 businesses across Nassau and Suffolk have worked with us on search, websites, and ads.

Our management fee depends on your monthly ad spend and how complex the campaigns are, and we give you a clear quote on the first call. The fee is separate from your ad spend, which goes directly to Google. We help you set a budget that makes sense for your market and your goals.
Most campaigns start producing clicks and calls within the first week after launch. The first two weeks are a learning period where we gather data and adjust. By week three or four, you should have a clear picture of your cost per lead and which keywords are converting.
Google has no hard minimum. For local service businesses on Long Island, we usually recommend at least $1,500 to $2,000 per month in ad spend. That is enough to test several keyword groups, gather meaningful data, and shift budget to the best performers. Smaller budgets can work in very niche markets with little competition.
We install conversion tracking that logs every phone call, form submission, and online purchase. Each one is tied to the specific ad, keyword, and campaign that produced it. You see that data in your Zoesi dashboard next to your SEO metrics.
Yes. Every campaign gets a dedicated landing page built for the traffic its ads send. Sending paid clicks to a homepage is one of the biggest reasons PPC campaigns fail. Our landing pages match the ad copy, load fast, and have one clear call to action.
No. We do not lock you into 12-month PPC agreements. If the campaigns are producing leads, you will want to keep running them. If they are not, we fix them or you walk.
